You will receive a special e-mail confirmation to print out before your birthday.

When can I register online?

You can register now through December 31, 2012.

Is this offer good for all ages?

Yes! Kids, moms, dads, anyone can celebrate their birthday with one free game of bowling and one free shoe rental at Pinz.

What kind of proof of birth date do I need to show at Wahooz ticket counter?

A driver's license, passport, or government issued ID including a photo and date of birth. For children, an original or certified copy of a state or hospital issued birth certificate. School IDs or kids security IDs are not deemed government issued and will not be accepted.

If I can't come on my birthday can I use my free game of bowling on another day?

Unfortunately, no. The free game of bowling offer is valid only on your birthday. This is because if we let guests come within the week or month of their birthday most everyone would choose to come on the weekends, when Pinz is already at its busiest.

Pinz offers bowling by the hour only on Friday after 5pm and all day Saturday, so how do I get a free game of bowling?

If your redeem your free game of bowling on Friday after 5pm or all day Saturday you'll be credited $7.50 towards Pinz hourly bowling rate and shoes.

Can I give my free game of bowling to someone else?

No, the free game of bowling is only for the birthday person to use.

Is there an age requirement for online registration?

Yes, you must be 13 years of age or older to register. If you're under 13 please have a parent or guardian register themselves first, then sign you up as a family member.

What if I am booking a birthday party package at Pinz?

If the birthday party is on your actual date of birth then the value of one game of bowling and one shoe rental ($7.50) will be deducted from your bill. If the party isn't on your actual birthday you can come to Pinz on your birthday to use your free game of bowling, maybe for a family celebration. Either way, be sure to register online and bring proof of your birth date when you come.

What if I can't register online or print out my confirmation sheet?

If you can't register online you can simply bring proof of your birth date to the Pinz counter to receive your free game of bowling and shoe rental. You also aren't required to have your email Confirmation Sheet, just bring proof of your birth date.
